These are the general terms and conditions of JanDiva. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to our service and these terms.

Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms, 'JanDiva' refers to the seller, and 'Customer' refers to the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with the seller.

Article 2 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by JanDiva and to every agreement concluded between the company and the consumer.

Article 3 - The offer and prices

If an offer has a limited validity period or is made under specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. All prices on the website include VAT and are subject to printing and typesetting errors.

Article 4 - Payment

The customer must make payments using the payment methods offered on the webshop. JanDiva has the right to refuse orders or request additional information before processing the order.

Article 5 - Liability

JanDiva is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the delivered products. JanDiva's total liability is at all times limited to a maximum of the invoice amount of the respective order.
