Refund Policy

At JanDiva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are ready to help you.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. The product must be returned to JanDiva with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few business days.

Exceptions

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and intimate or hygienic products whose seal has been broken after delivery.
